Standard NCOA processing includes access to the mover data as well as do-not-mail and enhanced deceased suppression at no additional charge. Requires signing the appropriate Terms of Use with Canada Post annually.
US NCOALink®
Keep your US customer files current even if they relocate. Using USPS’s NCOALink® data, process lists in real-time to ensure you stay in contact. Available as an annual, unlimited license, NCOALink® processing requires annual signing of a USPS Processing Acknowledgement Form.
Do-Not-Mail Suppression
Get your message in the hands of those interested and don’t send communications to unwilling recipients. Do-Not-Mail Suppression includes national lists of individuals specifically opting out of marketing mail. Real-time processing allows you to remove these records before mailing, preventing complaints and negative feedback. Available as an option within Canadian NCOA or as a stand-alone module.
Enhanced Deceased Suppression
Contacting or mailing an individual who has passed away is difficult for the families and reflects negatively on your company. Ensure records are updated using current and historical data sourced directly from the funeral home industry. Updated on a monthly basis, Enhanced Deceased Suppression provides an added suppression element to your address management processing. Available as an option with Canadian NCOA or as a stand-alone module.
