it integrates directly into iAddress\u2122 and guides you through the process of importing your data into iAddress\u2122. \u00a0A few quick clicks and AddressMinerPRO will import your data directly into iAddress\u2122.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p_Garamond_subheading\"><strong><span class=\"f_Garamond_subheading\">Starting AddressMinerPRO<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>To get started with AddressMinerPRO, simply click on \u201cCreate Address Miner Job\u201d in the \u201cFile\u201d menu. \u00a0This launches the AddressMinerPRO wizard, which will guide you through the process of importing your data file.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p_Garamond_subtext\"><strong><span class=\"f_Garamond_subheading\">Selecting Your File<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>After you have clicked on the menu item, iAddress\u2122 will prompt you for a data file. \u00a0This is a standard file prompt, so just select your input file and click \u201cOK\u201d. \u00a0After this, you will be greeted with the AddressMinerPRO start screen, where you can select where you want the \u201crejects\u201d (records which AddressMinerPRO could not parse) to be exported. \u00a0The default is &lt;filename&gt;.rej.&lt;fileextension&gt; in the same folder as your input file. \u00a0This screen will also give an option for label files. \u00a0(This will be covered later in this document.)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-57beb20\" data-id=\"57beb20\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a87270e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"a87270e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"655\" height=\"355\" src=\"https:\/\/www.flagshipsoftware.com\/fsweb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/AddressMinerPro.png\" class=\"attachment-medium_large size-medium_large wp-image-5018\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d182b1e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d182b1e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1d4d145\" data-id=\"1d4d145\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c70fd6a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c70fd6a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p_Garamond_subheading\"><strong><span class=\"f_Garamond_subheading\">Selecting Text Format (Text files only)<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>This screen is similar to the screen you would see in iAddress\u2122 to select the format of your text file. \u00a0Like the screen in iAddress\u2122, it will usually select the correct format automatically. \u00a0However, unlike in iAddress\u2122, you do not specify whether it has a header row on this screen \u2013 that comes on the next screen.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p_Garamond_subheading\"><strong><span class=\"f_Garamond_subheading\">Data Preview<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The data preview screen offers a brief preview of your data (it will not show all of the records in your file, only the first 50 or so). On this screen you can select whether or not there is a header row and it will update the preview, changing the column names. You can also optionally specify fields for AddressMinerPRO to ignore. \u00a0For example, in the image below, we know that the first 2 fields are name fields only and that no address data exists in these fields. \u00a0Therefore, we tell AddressMinerPRO to ignore them in processing, although they will still be imported as separate columns. \u00a0We also have a few fields after all the addressing information that includes identifiers and miscellaneous information that is not address related.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p_Garamond_subheading\"><strong><span class=\"f_Garamond_subheading\">Complete<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>After you click ok on the File Preview screen, AddressMinerPRO will process the file and import it into iAddress\u2122. \u00a0Any records that were unable to be parsed will be exported to the separate file specified earlier, however, the original structure of the input file is maintained in this export file. \u00a0From this point, iAddress\u2122 will function exactly the same as if you had created a job normally and mapped your fields. \u00a0If you need to map name fields, you will need to export this data and create a job using that export file.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p_Garamond_subheading\"><strong><span class=\"f_Garamond_subheading\">Label Formatted Files<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>On the start screen if you check off \u201cLabel File\u201d, AddressMinerPRO will then convert a label formatted text file into a proper data format and import it into iAddress\u2122.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p_Garamond_subheading\"><strong><span class=\"f_Garamond_subheading\">Select Type of Label Format<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>On the next screen you simply specify in what format your label formatted text file is. \u00a0If the labels are separated by blank lines, then you would select \u201cLine Feed\u201d. \u00a0If they are separated by a form feed, then you select \u201cForm Feed\u201d. \u00a0If your labels are fixed line (for example, every label is 5 lines long) you would select \u201cFixed Line\u201d and specify the number of lines. \u00a0When you click continue, AddressMinerPRO will process your file and import the results into iAddress\u2122. \u00a0NOTE: \u00a0There is no preview screen since AddressMinerPRO will automatically detect the data after converting the label to a readable record.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-49bf350\" data-id=\"49bf350\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap
