Il est accessible que vous ayez un emploi actuellement ouvert ou non. Si vous avez un travail ouvert et que vous s\u00e9lectionnez les rapports iFuse, il vous demandera si vous souhaitez inclure le travail que vous avez ouvert comme l&#8217;un des travaux de votre fusion. Si vous s\u00e9lectionnez oui, vous passerez par le processus de sauvegarde du travail, puis iFuse se lancera.<\/p><p>iFuse fonctionne en s\u00e9lectionnant plusieurs t\u00e2ches iAddress\u2122 et en cr\u00e9ant une s\u00e9rie de rapports fusionn\u00e9s. Afin de s\u00e9lectionner un travail ou une s\u00e9rie de travaux \u00e0 inclure dans la fusion, s\u00e9lectionnez le bouton &#8220;Ajouter des travaux \u00e0 la liste&#8221; situ\u00e9 dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit de l&#8217;\u00e9cran.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Il n&#8217;y a aucune restriction sur les travaux qui peuvent \u00eatre inclus dans la liste, cependant, les travaux doivent avoir des qualit\u00e9s similaires pour pouvoir cr\u00e9er un rapport combin\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&#8217;eux.<\/p><p>Il y a 3 rapports combin\u00e9s que nous cr\u00e9ons, le rapport de validation, la d\u00e9claration de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et les rapports de plan d&#8217;envoi (pour t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement \u00e0 Postes Canada). Le rapport de validation a le moins de restrictions, il exige seulement que les travaux soient corrig\u00e9s. La d\u00e9claration de publipostage et le plan de publipostage exigent que les param\u00e8tres suivants correspondent entre les t\u00e2ches\u00a0:<\/p><p>Courrier au nom de \u2013 nom, adresse et num\u00e9ro<br \/>Dates DMD (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire tri\u00e9es en utilisant les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es)<br \/>Code d&#8217;audit du mode de livraison (identique aux dates, nous exigeons que les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es soient utilis\u00e9es)<br \/>Bureau de d\u00e9p\u00f4t (Tout votre courrier doit \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 au m\u00eame endroit)<br \/>Date d&#8217;envoi (Tout votre courrier doit \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 le m\u00eame jour)<br \/>Type de pi\u00e8ce (Pas de m\u00e9lange de lettre et surdimensionn\u00e9)<br \/>Type de conteneur (essentiellement le m\u00eame type de tri est effectu\u00e9 sur diff\u00e9rentes t\u00e2ches)<br \/>Taux d&#8217;imposition<\/p><p>Pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les rapports, cliquez sur le bouton \u00ab\u00a0Suivant\u00a0\u00bb et un \u00e9cran de s\u00e9lection appara\u00eetra.<\/p><p>En s\u00e9lectionnant ou en d\u00e9s\u00e9lectionnant les cases de rapport, vous pouvez choisir de produire certains ou tous les rapports.
