1. What happens with the processors data after it has moved over to Flagship Software from our company?
It passes through the RAM and is returned directly to the sending computer.
2. What is Flagship’s process for deleting or getting rid of our data once the correction or NCOA service has been completed?
There is no data stored in the RAM. It is a “pass-through” process and at no time is the data stored or accessible.
3. What measures does Flagship have in place to ensure that access to our data is locked down and that it is not stored by anyone within Flagship Software in any way shape or form?
There is no data stored at any time. All incoming data for NCOA processing is held in the server’s RAM. The data is returned directly from RAM to the computer that submitted the data. Nothing is passed to any other parts of the Flagship Software server or any other Flagship computer system. Our server is what is known a stateless application server. We are stateless for a variety of reasons including supporting our cloud computing model and customer privacy. Duplication identification and removal is the process of identifying records with identical addresses or other criteria such as names, company name, customer or account number. iAddress™ will identify these records and the user determines whether to delete (purge) duplicate records from the list.
Full Rate: Stamp, meter impression, indicia
Machineable Mail: Discounted postage, indicia, and physical formatting facilitate machine processing. There is no need for address order or bundling required
Presorted Mail (Special Handling): Discounted postage, indicia, addresses sorted into NPS order by SERP software. Bundling is required.
For Canadian postal discounts, complete and submit a credit application to CPC (Canada Post Corporation). After you receive a customer number, apply for a permit number for each type of mailing. Once the mailing has been prepared, pack in appropriate containers. Complete a Statement of Mailing (SOM) and take the mailing to RVU or another approved depot.

A Statement of Accuracy must be produced by SERP/PERL certified software such as iAddress™ by Flagship Software LTD.
A statement of accuracy is needed for any customer mailing 5,000 or more pieces at one time. These customers MUST provide a Statement of Accuracy
