After running the Presort function, several reports are produced. Several options are available to print these reports.
Selecting the Print All Reports option will give you the option of printing any number of the following reports:
CASS Report, Validation Report, Postage Statement/Fax, Qualification Report, Parameter Report, Outside County Bundle/Container Report, as well as the Delivery Office Volume Summary. These reports can also be printed individually, by selecting the appropriate report from the Presort menu. The Validation Report is included on this screen should you wish to print or reprint this report.
Qualification Report
The Qualification Report contains detailed information about your mailing.
Postage Statement Fax
The Postage Statement Fax is required by USPS and shows the break-down and pricing of your mailing.
